lovely reception area relaxing bar space comfortable room essentials dated room furniture minimal room decor unavailable minibar
the reception area had a lovely design and was well-kept. the bar offered a relaxing space to unwind after a day (i especially liked the lighting). my room included all the essentials for a comfortable visit.
the room i stayed in felt somewhat dated. the furniture looked old, and the decor felt minimal. there was no minibar available (i missed having some snacks at hand).

helpful staff executive room comfortable bed
i found the hotel very clean. the staff were cute and helpful throughout my stay. my executive room was spacious. the bed was very comfortable, and the pillows were excellent (i slept like a log!). i also noticed the nice toiletries provided in the bathroom.

the staff was great, so attentive to every need. i found the room to be well-presented and very clean. the breakfast was AMAZING!!! the location was convenient with easy access to city amenities.
i noticed a very slight stain on the carpet, but it was minor.

The room got really warm. there was no air conditioning working. i had to ask for a fan from reception. the pillows were very poor. They offered no support.

I appreciated the second floor room close to the lift. The disabled ramp provided EASY access into the hotel. Staff members at the bar were helpful during our evening meal. The lady at breakfast directed us to a table near the buffet, made things simpler for my mother.
I FOUND that the shower was in the bath, which posed a slight challenge.
